Carly, our digital growth expert, is based in London, England with her husband and chocolate labradoodle. She brings her experience in simplifying complexity for startups to & Sons Creative from launching tech startups across North America. Her journey has shown that strong design is key to making meaningful connections. Carly's background makes her the ideal partner for navigating the digital landscape and helping startups accelerate their growth. She is also the Co-Founder of Sons, a sustainable sleepwear brand that has recently launched in Canada.

With a passion for design and a commitment to uncomplicated aesthetics, Tlell Davidson, based in Vancouver, BC, leads our design efforts. As an entrepreneur and a mother of two, she finds her happy place at her oceanfront cabin with a glass of bubbles in hand. Tlell is also the creative force behind Sons, a sustainable sleepwear brand. Holding a degree in Industrial Design from OCAD, her strategic design approach brings storytelling, calm, and clarity to every project.
